Salmon with Lemon Butter sauce and Raoted Garlic Potatoes

If you want a delicious and easy dish yet impress your surrounding, this definitely is the dish to go for.
I've made this dish plenty of times and my friends and family love and long for it. Yes it's that good :)

Ingredients:

-Fresh boneless Fillets of salmon
-6 Mashed Garlic
-Juice of 2-3 Lemons
- Sea Salt
-Fresh ground pepper
-Olive Oil

Clean the salmons and place them in a bowl.
Add the garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. You can add the salt and pepper now or when you transfer it to the tray. Give it a good mix.
Now you can marinate this for 10-15 minutes but I usually don't.

Transfer the salmons to a cooking tray. Sprinkle salt and fresh ground pepper on each fillet. Don't go crazy with the salt.
Now bake these in the over till they get a beautiful color.
Make sure not to over cook.
Salmon takes quite some time to fully cook and usually it differs from time to time that's the reason I didn't add the duration.

Lemon Butter Sauce ingredients:

- 25g Butter
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 garlic clove mashed
- Salt and pepper

Melt the butter on medium to low heat. Then add the garlic and whipping cream at the same time, you don't want the garlic to cook. Add the salt and pepper and keep stirring.
Add the lemon juice and the sauce will start to thicken. Taste to adjust.

 Roasted Garlic Potatoes Ingredients:

- 1 pack of Small new potatoes (boiled till soft)
- 6-8 gloved of mashed garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Fresh Ground pepper

In a small cup mix the olive oil and garlic together and set aside,  then place the boiled potatoes evenly on a baking tray.

Spread the olive oil mix on the potato and add some fresh ground pepper and salt.
Bake in the oven till sides are golden brown.
Salmon with Lemon Butter sauce and garlic roasted potatoes, Served!
 Enjoy xx
